What I built
- Full system design before code: 37 documents covering SRS, schema, API spec, security, deployment and a 1,000-item backlog
- Local-first AI with a provider layer (Ollama, vLLM, llama.cpp) and cloud fallback across major model vendors
- Enterprise RBAC with admin-created roles and module, action and field-level permissions; zero-trust posture
- Bangladesh-first: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, SSLCommerz, Bangla + English content, offline-first mobile for low-end Android
