Migrated a fleet of PHP apps and 92 databases off an old control-panel server into one container per app behind a reverse proxy.
What I built
- ~14.5 GB of databases copied and verified one by one; gzipped rollbacks kept
- Each app audited and cleaned before deploy, PHP 5.6 → 7.4 fixes applied
- Per-project deploy script: git push → rsync → DB check → restart
